Peugeot: contract with Cornerstone OnDemand
(CercleFinance.com) - The leading cloud software publisher for training and human capital management, Cornerstone OnDemand has signed a contract with PSA Group to digitise the carmaker's training strategy, it was announced on Tuesday evening.
The latter has opted for Cornerstone's "Suite Learning," which enables all employees to learn about the group's products and innovations, thanks to content available in 25 languages worldwide. This platform enables PSA to build the convergence of training content and set up multi-country shared management.
The car maker has chosen the digitalisation of training, which consists of training in a different way, with less face-to-face, with more e-learning and virtual classes. Social platforms are also set to be developed, to promote the sharing of knowledge between employees.
