Kering: acquires Creed
(CercleFinance.com) - Late yesterday Kering Beauté announced that it has completed the acquisition of the upmarket perfume house Creed, according to the terms announced on 26 June 2023.
Kering has therefore obtained approval from the competition authorities. Creed will be consolidated in Kering's accounts from 1 November 2023.
