Kering: appoints three directors
(CercleFinance.com) - At Kering's AGM on 16 June 2020, its shareholders approved the appointments of Jean Liu, Mr Tidjane Thiam and actress, Ms Emma Watson, as diirectors.
Emma Watson has also been appointed Chair of the Board's Sustainable Development Committee, while Tidjane Thiam has been appointed Chair of the Audit Committee.
