Thales: to open ATM center in Singapore
(CercleFinance.com) - To mark the 50th anniversary of its presence in Singapore, Thales announces that it has decided to create a center of excellence dedicated to air traffic management (ATM) at its Ayer Rajah Crescent site, a project that will be accompanied by investments in R&D.
Over the next three years, this center will be gradually ramped up to boost ATM development in Asia. To achieve this, it will be recruiting new staff, aiming to have 120 ATM experts based in Singapore.
Thales also announces the launch of ScaleFlyt Remote ID, the first commercial drone management and tracking platform, which is entirely designed, developed and manufactured in Singapore, as well as the inauguration of a new Defence Hub in the country.
