Thales: acquires cybersecurity firm Tesserent
(CercleFinance.com) - Thales announces that it has completed the acquisition - as announced last June - of Tesserent, one of the largest cybersecurity companies in Australia and New Zealand, following shareholder and other regulatory approvals.
With 2022 sales of around E110m and around 500 employees in nine offices, Tesserent provides a comprehensive range of cybersecurity solutions and services to companies.
With this acquisition and the forthcoming acquisition of Imperva, announced last July, Thales is taking its cybersecurity business to the next level, with sales set to top E2.4bn in cybersecurity by 2024.
