Thales: BlackRock stake under 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 2 April it cut its stake in Thales' capital to below the threshold of 5% of the company's capital and that it now holds 4.
93% of the capital and 3.41% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from a restitution of Thales shares held as collateral.
