Thales: BlackRock increases stake
(CercleFinance.com) - A notice issued yesterday by the AMF relays the statement that on 3 September BlackRock increased its stake in Thales' capital to above the threshold of 5%.
On that date, and after purchases of shares on the market and the receipt of shares as collateral, the US asset management giant held, on behalf of its clients and funds managed, 5.05% of Thales' capital and 3.50% of its voting rights.
