(CercleFinance.com) - This Wednesday morning, Thales has announced the creation of a 'Digital Factory' to accelerate the digital transformation of Thales and its customers.
This initiative constitutes an additional step for the group in digital technologies, a domain in which it has already invested over 1 billion euros over the last 3 years.
The 'Digital Factory' is a fully fledged digital platform for industry services. Hosted in Paris it will use several international networks. It will also host an incubator for internal and external start-ups as well as a digital academy.
The “Digital Factory” will also bring together the best experts in key digital technologies to serve Thales's customers on its five core markets: aerospace, space, ground transportation, defence and security.
