Sodexo: completes GBP250m bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday Sodexo finalised a bond issue of 250 million pounds sterling maturing in 9 years (June 2028), with a coupon of 1.
75%.
This issue was oversubscribed to, having been placed with European investors.
"This issue is an integral part of the active management of the Group's debt, partly to refinance the British acquisitions of this year and allowing a natural hedge of the group assets in pounds," the group said.
