Wendel: 9m sales up 3.9% at E5,163.5m
(CercleFinance.com) - Consolidated 9m 2023 sales totalled E5,163.
5m, up 3.9% as reported and up 5.7% on an organic basis.
Net asset value at 30 September 2023 was E7,192m, or E162 per share. Adjusted for the E3.2 dividend per share paid in June 2023, NAV has fallen slightly since the start of the year (down 1.6%) and has remained almost stable since 30 June 2023 (down 0.7%).
Wendel recorded solid organic growth at Bureau Veritas (+8.1% over 9m) and a 2.6% increase in sales at ACAMS.
Q3 sales for Stahl rose by 3.7%, while sales for the first 9m of the year were down 2.7%. Meanwhile, Scalian recorded total sales growth of +13% in Q3.
