Wendel: in exclusive talks for IK Partners stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel today announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring a controlling stake in IK Partners from its partners, who would also reinvest part of the proceeds of the sale in future IK funds as part of the planned transaction.


IK Partners is a leading European asset management company specialising in unlisted investments and focusing on the mid-market segment in Europe.

The acquisition of a controlling interest in IK is expected to be completed in H1 2024.
