Wendel: finalises takeover of BASF division.
(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel has announced the closing of Stahl's acquisition of BASF's chemical products for leather.
The transaction includes the production plant of products for BASF leather, which is located in L'Hospitalet in Spain, as well as medium-to-long term supply agreements.
BASF will become Stahl's exclusive supplier of finished products from production sites which BASF will remain the owner.
