Faurecia: new co-opted Board member
(CercleFinance.com) - Faurencia announces that its Board, at the end of the meeting of 19 July, co-opted Philippe de Rovira as new Board member with immediate effect, to replace Jean-Baptiste Chasseloup de Chatillon.
Philippe de Rovira has been VP of finance, CFO, and a member of the Management Board of Opel Automobile GmbH since August 2017. He will exercise the role of CFO of PSA Group and member of the executive committee from 1 August 2018.
