Eurazeo: invests in insurtech in India
(CercleFinance.com) - Through its venture capital fund dedicated to insurtech and managed on behalf of BNP Paribas Cardif, Eurazeo announces an investment in InsuranceDekho, the leading insurtech player in India.
This investment, alongside Mitsubishi UFG Financial Group, new investors and other historical investors, takes the form of a $60m Series B financing, combining both equity and debt.
Founded in 2017 and incubated within CarDekho, India's largest provider of digital automotive solutions, InsuranceDekho has recorded a significant growth trajectory and became profitable in March 2023.
