61% stake in Yakult Honsha, one of the global leaders in probiotics, based and listed in Japan.

The two groups confirm their commitment to pursue a long-term relationship and their wish to promote probiotics. The existing commercial partnerships will be maintained, in particular the joint ventures in India and Vietnam.
