AXA: completes purchase of 50% of AXA Tianping
(CercleFinance.com) - AXA announces that it has completed the purchase of the 50% stake of AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Company Ltd.
This 50% stake is worth 4.6 billion RMB3 (or 590 million euros).
On the date the transaction is completed, AXA Tianping will be fully consolidated in AXA Group's accounts.
