Bouygues: appointments to management team
(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues' Board of Directors has decided to make a change of governance and appointments at the top of the Group.
As of 17 February, the functions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer will henceforth be separated.
Martin Bouygues will serve as Chairman of the Bouygues Group. Olivier Roussat, previously Deputy Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Group. To assist him in his duties, two new deputy chief executive officers have been appointed alongside him: Edward Bouygues and Pascal Grangé.
