Accor: completed JV with Ennismore
(CercleFinance.com) - Accor has completed its joint venture with Ennismore.
The new entity, owned by Accor and Ennismore founder Sharan Pasricha, will retain the name Ennismore.
Ennismore now has 14 hotel and coworking brands - including 21C Museum Hotels, 25hours, Delano, Gleneagles, Hyde, JO&JOE, Mama Shelter, Mondrian, Morgans Originals, SLS, SO/, The Hoxton, TRIBE and Working From_ - as well as a collection of restaurants and bars.
In all, Ennismore has 87 operating stores (141 under development) and over 150 restaurants and bars.
