Accor: net income reaches E141m at 30 June 2019
(CercleFinance.com) - Accor's revenues came in at 1,926 million euros at 30 June 2019, up 4.
8% LFL, and up 27.8% as reported compared to 30 June 2018.
Net income of continued activities improved significantly to 125 million euros. Accor reported net income, group share of 141 million euros.
The group pointed out that in this period of 2018, the sale of 58% of AccorInvest enabled it to book a capital gain of 2.4 billion euros.
Based on RevPAR trends recorded in the first half of the year, which are expected to continue into the second half of the year and record organic growth in the number of rooms, the group expects FY 2019 EBITDA of between 820 million and 850 million euros.
