AccorHotels: completes acquisition of Adoria
(CercleFinance.com) - AccorHotels has announced the acquisition of Adoria, the SaaS platform which enables catering companies to optimise their procurement procedures.
Adoria offers centralised solutions for calls to tender, supply, logistics and production.
Adoria supplies 2700 establishments (30 catering groups), and totals 300,000 active users and over 800 manufacturers and distributors.
Our goal will be to support Adoria in its international development, while benefiting from its expertise and a highly qualified team, said Caroline Tissot, head of procurement at AccorHotels group.
