Accor: soon to receive letters of intention for HotelInvest?
(CercleFinance.com) - According to Les Echos, the split of Accor's hotels of its property division is progressing.
The business daily reports that a group of investors could send their letters of intent to acquire a 51% stake in HotelInvest in October.
This would represent a gross value of at least 3.3 billion euros. These investors would be Amundi, Colony NorthStar, GIC and PIF, les Echos details. The deal should be completed by the end of the year, if not, early next year.
"The chairman and CEO of AccorHotels, Sébastien Bazin, who is making a huge deal here, will therefore have to respect its revised schedule," said the business daily. The transaction has indeed been delayed due to its complexity.
