Vallourec: JP Morgan Chase raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - JP Morgan Chase & Co have informed the AMF that on 4 September, via subsidiary JP Morgan Securities plc, it has raised its stake above the threshold of 5% of Vallourec's capital, with it now indirectly holding 5.
07% of the group's capital and 4.94% of its voting rights.
This crossing of this threshold results from OTC purchases of shares in the seamless tube manufacturer.
