Vallourec: Crédit Agricole stake falls below 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - On 28 August, Crédit Agricole SA informed the AMF that, through Crédit Agricole CIB and CACEIS which it controls, it has reduced its stake in Vallourec to below the thresholds of 5% of its capital and voting rights and that it now holds 4.
62% of its capital and 4.50% of its voting rights.
This crossing of thresholds results from the settlement of a "TRS cash-settled" swap transaction concerning 6,000,000 Vallourec shares. On this occasion, Crédit Agricole CIB's stake individually fell below the same thresholds.
