L'Oréal: global license agreement with Valentino
(CercleFinance.com) - L'Oréal and Valentino have announced the signature of a global licensing agreement for luxury perfumes and beauty products.
This long-term licensing agreement is for the creation, development and distribution of luxury perfumes and beauty products under the Valentino brand name.
Valentino Donna, Valentino Uomo and Valentina are Valentino's three best-selling fragrances.
The agreement will be effective from 1 January 2019, after regulatory approvals are obtained.
