TotalEnergies: announces Q3 KPIs
(CercleFinance.com) - TotalEnergies has presented its key indicators, estimated financial data and items affecting aggregates for Q3 2023.
Hydrocarbon production is expected to be close to 2.5m boe/d, benefiting from the start-up of Absheron in Azerbaijan and the effective entry into the Ratawi field (GGIP) in Iraq.
The tax rate for Exploration-Production is expected to be lower in Q3 than in Q2, in particular due to the seasonal decline in the relative weight of North Sea production.
Integrated LNG earnings are expected to be in line with the previous quarter, in a fairly similar environment.
Results from the Integrated Power segment are expected to rise to almost $500m.
It also says that Downstream results will benefit from higher refining margins in Europe. Note the unplanned shutdown of the Port Arthur refinery in the US since August.
