TotalEnergies: completes a flight powered by SAF
(CercleFinance.com) - Air France, TotalEnergies, the Metropolis and Nice Côte d'Azur Airport have completed a flight powered by Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).
The Air France flight 6235 took off at 6.30pm on Friday from Terminal 2 at Nice Airport to Paris-Orly after being 30%-fuelled with sustainable aviation fuel produced by TotalEnergies in its French plants.
“The flight marks the end of the Transition Forum, an international economic conference held over two days during the Nice Transition Days, whose purpose is to accelerate the transition to a lower-carbon future”, it said.
