CNP Assurances: Implementation of an EMTN Programme
(CercleFinance.com) - CNP Assurances announces that on 21 December it received the approval of the AMF for the basic prospectus for its new programme of Euro Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN), in the amount of seven billion euros.
The implementation of the programme will reinforce the financial flexibility of the insurer by allowing it to more rapidly take advantage of bond issuance opportunities.
It will be recalled that the maximum amount of bond issuances authorised by the board of directors of CNP Assurances is currently 1.5 billion euros per year.
