CGG: BlackRock stake exceeds 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 21 August it raised its stake to above the threshold of 5% of CGG's capital and voting rights, and that for the said clients and funds, it now holds 5.
01% of the capital and voting rights of the geophysical services company.
This threshold has been crossed thanks to OTC purchases of Veolia shares and a receipt of shares held as collateral.
