Air Liquide: new partnership with NLMK in Russia
(CercleFinance.com) - Air Liquide has announced the signature of a new long-term partnership with the Russian steel producer NLMK, whereby the industrial gas supplier will invest around 100 million euros in NLMK's site in Lipetsk.
This investment will cover three projects, including the construction of a latest-generation air separation unit, the acquisition of the existing hydrogen unit on the site and the rare gas production unit.
"This project also provides the base for growth of Air Liquide's Industrial Merchant activity in one of the largest industrial Merchant markets in the Moscow region," the French group added.
