Air Liquide: negotiates sale of 2 Czech/Slovakian entities
(CercleFinance.com) - Air liquide announced after trading on Tuesday that it has entered into exclusive talks with Messer, with a view to selling its entities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Air Liquide has been present in Slovakia since 2000 and the Czech Republic, since 2001. Both entities have a total of 53 employees, with offices located in Prague and Trnava.
"This decision illustrates Air Liquide's strategy to review regularly its asset portfolio and focus its geographic expansion on key regions in order to increase density and therefore enhance performance," the company said.
