by Airgas.
This company is a major independent distributor of industrial gases and
welding supplies from the United States, which sells to several
geographical areas in the country.
The company, which has approximately 550 employees, generated sales of
approximately 190 million dollars in 2018. Tech Air operates 50 sites in
California, Texas and the northeastern and southeastern United States.
The company has over 45,000 customers.
"With this acquisition, Airgas will continue to further strengthen its
distribution network, enabling more proximity to local customers," the
group said.
