Air Liquide: takes minority stake in Chinese company
(CercleFinance.com) - Air Liquide Group and the Chinese start-up STNE have signed a partnership agreement to accelerate the deployment of electric truck fleets to hydrogen in China, the industrial gases expert announced on Thursday evening.
STNE offers a hydrogen logistics platform for urban goods deliveries, and operates a hydrogen station in Shanghai as well as a fleet of 500 hydrogen trucks.
This partnership involves Air Liquide taking a minority stake in STNE, for about 10 million euros.
