Air Liquide: more gas for South Korean KMCI

(CercleFinance.com) - Air Liquide has signed a new long-term contract to provide more hydrogen and carbon monoxide to the South Korean industrial group Kumho Mitsui Chemical Inc.
(KMCI). No financial details were provided.

To do this, the French specialist in industrial and medical gases will invest about 100 million euros to build a new plant supplying both these gases. Thus, the production capacity of Air Liquide's site in Yeosu will increase by around 50%.

Designed and built by Air Liquide, the new plant is expected to begin production in 2020.
