JCDecaux: Oddo still a buyer after roadshow
(CercleFinance.com) - After organising a meeting with Jean-Charles Decaux and David Bourg, respectively co-CEO and CFO of JCDecaux, an Oddo BHF analyst this morning confirms a "buy" recommendation on its share, although remains cautious on the advertising trend (especially in China, relating to events in Hong Kong).
The group wants to remain opportunistic in terms of M&A. The broker understands that the United States remains a long-term strategic priority, although conditions are not yet in place for a transformative operation. Pending an opportunity, the group could continue to make targeted acquisitions in some countries to increase its market share, the analyst notes.
Oddo BHF therefore confirms its target price of 34 euros, representing upside potential of 40%.
