JCDecaux: update on acquisition of APN Outdoor
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening JCDecaux announced that the New Zealand Overseas Investment Office, the authority responsible for controlling foreign investment in New Zealand, has just approved the acquisition of APN Outdoor by the French outdoor advertising specialist, via a scheme of arrangement.
"The implementation of the Scheme remains subject to a number of conditions, including approval of APN Outdoor shareholders at the Scheme Meeting proposed to be held on October 15th, 2018, court approval, and the satisfaction or, where capable, waiver of certain other customary conditions," JCDecaux said.
