Safran: Q3 sales up 20.1%

(CercleFinance.com) - Aircraft equipment supplier Safran has reported Q3 2023 adjusted sales that are up 20.
1% at E5.82bn, with organic growth of 25.9%, bringing its YTD total to nearly E16.8bn.

Propulsion quarterly sales rose by 28.4%, driven by sustained business in civil engine services (+39% in dollars), thanks to strong demand for spare parts for CFM56 engines and the positive effects of higher tariffs.

Safran continues to benefit from a buoyant market. Its solid performance over the first nine months makes management confident in reaching its guidance for 2023, which was raised at the end of July.
