Safran: OCEANEs placement realised
(CercleFinance.com) - Safran announces the success of the placement of a bond issue, of the OCEANE type, maturing 15 May 2027, for qualified investors only, with a face value of approximately 200 million euros.
The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. The new bonds will have the same terms (with the exception of the issue price) as the OCEANEs issued - for an amount of approximately 800 million euros - by Safran on 15 May last year.
The securities will be issued at a price of 118 euros. The settlement and delivery, as well as admission to trading on Euronext Access are expected to occur on 12 October. The French State has subscribed to 207,541 new bonds, for an amount of approximately 22.5 million euros.
