Safran: Crédit Mutuel sells its stake.
(CercleFinance.com) - The Banque Federative du Crédit Mutuel (BFCM) last night launched, and this morning closed the placement of its stake of approximately 3.
2 million Safran shares, or 0.8% of the aeronautical equipment manufacturer's capital.
The procedure adopted was that of an accelerated construction of an order book with institutional investors. The sale proceeds were not disclosed.
At the same time, BFCM sold its 2.9% stake in Eiffage under the same terms.
