STEF: acquires TransWest in Belgium
(CercleFinance.com) - STEF has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire TransWest, a company specialising in fresh food transport and logistics services in Belgium.
STEF says that this project will make it possible to propose a new offer that creates value for the supply chain of both companies' Belgian and international customers.
TransWest has over 200 employees and a fleet of 250 vehicles.
