Indeed, after trading on Wednesday, Bonduelle announced that it has crossed the 2 billion euro threshold in terms of annual sales.
The group's FY 2016/17 revenues actually reached 2,288 billion euros, up 16.3% as reported.
Meanwhile, organic growth reached 2.7%, which is towards the top of its forecast range of between 2% and 3%.
Bonduelle still expects underlying operating income to be close to its level of the previous year, despite the effect of the poor harvests in the summer of 2016.
