TF1: will buy aufeminin from Axel Springer
(CercleFinance.com) - After making a firm offer last month, the TF1 Group yesterday signed an agreement with Axel Springer for the purchase of its majority stake (about 78% of the total capital) in aufeminin at a price of 38.
84 euros per share, it was announced after trading on Thursday.
For it to be finalised, this transaction still requires the typical regulatory clearances in both France and Austria.
