M6: finalises acquisition of RTL France.
(CercleFinance.com) - M6 has completed the acquisition of 100% of the capital of companies that form the French Radio Stations division of RTL Group.
They include the radio stations RTL, RTL2 and FUN Radio, their advertising network, IP France, RTL net and RTL Special Marketing.
This operation will increase M6's multimedia offer and will strengthen its links with the audiences of each of its radio and TV antenna.
The acquired entities will be consolidated in the group's accounts as of 1 October 2017.
