Teleperformance: successful offer for Majorel
(CercleFinance.com) - Teleperformance announces that 98,448,171 shares, representing approximately 98.
45% of Majorel's outstanding share capital have been tendered in the offer, which the group has therefore declared unconditional.
This extremely high level of acceptances of the offer at this stage demonstrates the high level of support of Majorel's shareholders for the group's project and the recognised relevance of this acquisition, the French customer experience outsourcing specialist said.
Initial settlement and delivery of the offer will take place on 27 October. A reopening period for the offer will begin on 23 October at 09:00 and will close on 3 November at 17:00. After this period, the second settlement is scheduled for 8 November.
