Teleperformance: AGM approves dividend
(CercleFinance.com) - Teleperformance has said that its combined general meeting, held behind closed doors on 26 June, has in particular approved the proposed dividend of 2.
40 euros per share. The ex-dividend date will be 2 July, with the dividend paid on 6 July.
Teleperformance's shareholders have also renewed five directorships (Christobel Selecky, Angela Maria Sierra Moreno, Bernard Canetti, Philippe Dominati and Jean Guez), thereby maintaining a balanced representation of men and women on the Board.
