Atos: Paladion acquisition finalised
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces that it has finalised the acquisition of Paladion, a global supplier of managed security services.
Based in Reston, in the US State of Virginia, Paladion contributes 800 employees and cybersecurity experts to the group.
Thanks to this acquisition, Atos will benefit from a Managed Detection and Response Service (MDR) that its clients need when they adopt hybrid and multi-cloud transformation strategies, with multiple dedicated centres.
It will also allow the group to extend its global coverage in terms of surveillance and intervention in the domain of cybersecurity with four additional security operation centres in the United States, the Middle East and India.
