Atos: completes sale of Worldline shares
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces that it has sold approximately 14.
7 million Worldline shares, for approximately 800 million euros, as part of a private placement with an accelerated bookbuilding process, at a price of 53 euros per share.
Coupled with a bond issue convertible into Worldline with a coupon of zero amounting to 500 million euro shares, maturing in five years and an exchange premium of 35%, the total proceeds for Atos from this transaction amount to about 1.3 billion euros.
The settlement-delivery of this share offering is scheduled to take place on Friday 1 November, with the settlement-delivery of the bond issue set to occur on 6 November. These securities will apply to be traded on the Euronext Access market.
