Atos: extends partnership with Siemens
(CercleFinance.com) - At lunchtime on Monday Atos and Siemens announced an extension to their partnership.
Both groups aim to further accelerate their commercial cooperation in digital services and technologies, particularly around MindSphere, Siemens' cloud-based open IoT (Internet of Things) operating system. They intend to sign an agreement on a privileged partnership for the provision of Siemens MindSphere On-premise (on-site) managed by the French ESN.
With the MindSphere On-premise solution, which will be available for operational deployment starting next September, clients will be able to securely deploy and manage their own MindSphere business applications on site.
The extension of this partnership results in a number of key benefits such as data privacy, low latency and data processing near to technical equipment.
