Crédit Agricole: one billion euro bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole Assurances today announces that it has successfully placed a 1 billion euro issue of adjustable fixed rate subordinated bonds.
Maturing in 2048, the bonds will bear interest at an annual fixed rate of 2.625% until the first call date in January 2028 and at a variable rate after this date.
The Bonds were placed with institutional investors in Europe. The quality and diversity of the order book, which was over-subscribed to by over 5.2x, reflects the positive opinion that investors have about Crédit Agricole Assurances.
