Nexans: DNCA Finance raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF yesterday published a notice, which reports that on 15 November, the Paris-based DNCA Finance, which is controlled by Natixis Investment Managers, has raised its stake to above the thresholds of 5% of Nexans' capital and voting rights.
On this date, on behalf of funds managed and after purchasing shares on the market, DNCA Finance held 5.23% of the French cable manufacturer's shares and voting rights.
