Bolloré: 2017 net income of 2,081 million euros
(CercleFinance.com) - Revenues rose by 6% in 2017, reaching 18,325 million euros at a constant consolidation scope and exchange rates.
Revenues increased by 82% in reported terms.
"This change reflects the 8% growth in the transportation and logistics operations, driven by the increase in freight volumes and rates and the strong performance of the port terminals, as well as the 11% rise in the oil logistics business following the hike in oil product prices," the group explained.
The group's operating profit came in at 1,124 million euros, up 79% compared to 2016.
Consolidated net income came in at 2,081 million euros, up sharply from 588 million euros in 2016. Net income, group share was 699 million euros, against 440 million euros in 2016.
